Steampunk Nightwing

Happy 2014! So, Newfoundland's largest science fiction convention is coming up this spring and I've decided to take a head start in designing and costume making this year (rather than waiting till the last minute, oops!). BEHOLD! My first costume design this year will be of a female, steampunk Nightwing. I plan on fabricating two glowing sticks as well, using LEDs. I don't have the design for them totally worked out, but I'm sure more pictures will come.

What do you guys think of this design? Any suggestions are welcome .
